Services
The Joseph Priestley House Offers:

Independent Living
The Joseph Priestley House has private rooms that range in size from spacious to cozy and are accessible by elevator. Residents receive additional personal care services as needed to enhance independent living and living life to its fullest.

Assisted Living
The Assisted Living Program provides further support for carrying out daily living tasks based on the specific needs of each individual, for example, assistance with bathing and dressing, or escort to daily activities.

The two levels of care in the Joseph Priestley House enable residents with increased needs to remain independent for a longer period of time.

The Benjamin Rush House Offers:

Skilled Nursing Care
The Benjamin Rush House has private and semi-private rooms all on one floor for people in need of 24-hour intermediate or skilled nursing care. Rehabilitative services and a restorative nursing program help residents function at the peak of their abilities.

The Benjamin Rush House is Medicare and Medicaid certified.

Both houses offer respite stays, recuperative and temporary services. Non-residents are welcome, depending on bed availability in the appropriate unit.

Dining Services

Three meals per day, prepared in-house by our professional dietary staff, are served in the restaurant style main dining room. Dining Services can accommodate residents who are on restricted diets or have special dietary needs.

Housekeeping/Laundry Services

Housekeeping and in-house laundry services are provided for both Priestley House and Benjamin Rush House.

Priestley House residents’ rooms are cleaned weekly and laundry is picked up at the beginning of the week and returned by weeks end.
