Choosing a personal care/assisted living or skilled nursing facility for yourself or a loved one is an important decision—and often a complicated process. At UU House, our admissions team will consult with you, giving you the insight you need to make the right choices for you and your family.
The first step is simple: Call UU House at 215-843-0809 to schedule a personal tour of our community. Most tours are conducted during business hours; however, our staff will work with you to accommodate your scheduling needs.
As part of the tour, our admissions representative will sit down with you and explain the next steps—from providing medical information to completing an application for admission. She will also outline the current costs and availability.
Costs: What to Expect
There is a one-time entrance fee of $10,000 per person (discounts are available for couples). Residents of Priestley House pay approximately $3,000 to $4,000 per month depending on their room. Residents of Rush House pay approximately $6,300 to $7,600 per month for a semi-private room and $8,000 to $9,300 per month for a private room. If you qualify for coverage under Medicare or your managed care plan, we will bill your insurances.
