The Outreach Program

Outreach is a free service assisting adults 60 years and older to remain safely in their
homes. Outreach is a non-denominational program sponsored by Unitarian Universalist
House and made possible by its Lycoming House endowment, as a service to the Northwest
community.

Services available to individuals
- neighborhood nurse who can make home visits to
assess individual needs and provide health education and screenings
- social worker who can provide individualized case management and supportive counseling
- linkages to existing services and caregiver support
- health screenings and educational seminars
